SÁMI FEATURE FILM PROJECTS: APPLY TO ARCTIC DISCOVERY

Do you have a feature film project in development? The International Sámi Film Institute encourages Sámi filmmakers and producers to apply to Arctic Discovery, a project market held during Tromsø International Film Festival on 17–18 January 2027.

The event connects Nordic and Arctic filmmakers with international film financiers, distributors and other industry representatives.

Application deadline: October 20

See Arctic Discovery’s submission requirements for more information here.

Applications are open for feature-length fiction projects in advanced development or pre-production. Selected projects receive a pitch slot, industry meetings, festival accreditation and hotel accommodation for two participants. Remember to apply for travel grants through our website well in advance of the travels.
